CVAD is a full day comprehensive workshop that outlines the different sites for venous access device (CVAD), the anatomy and physiology of CVAD sites, the different central catheters available for use, and essential nursing interventions specific to central lines.

This course is designed to:

Demonstrate techniques for inspection, auscultation, percussion, palpation and history taking.
Understand the theoretical foundation of the anatomy and physiology of different body systems.

Please note with groups of 5 or more we could create a class any day starting as early as 9am and ending as late as 9pm.

Prerequisite:
Students must be Registered Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses or other healthcare professions which practice
(CVAD Management) within their scope of work.
